Men Cell Delhi: Google पर मिला case law सही है? एक गलती से पूरा case हिल सकता है
“सर, मुझे एक judgment मिला है… इसमें बिल्कुल मेरे case जैसा लिखा है!”
आजकल यह sentence बहुत common हो गया है। Google, YouTube, WhatsApp groups और अब AI tools से लोग अपने legal problem का answer ढूँढ लेते हैं। Problem तब शुरू होती है जब मिला हुआ case law असली ही न हो।
Supreme Court ने 2 July 2026 के Pooja Ramesh Singh v. Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. में इसी emerging problem पर बहुत serious warning दी। मामला matrimonial dispute का नहीं था, लेकिन इसका lesson हर व्यक्ति के लिए important है जो अपना legal matter खुद research कर रहा है या किसी lawyer को material दे रहा है.
इस case में NCLT ने ऐसे छह judicial citations पर reliance किया जो बाद में जांच में non-existent या गलत तरीके से quoted पाए गए। कुछ citations के नाम सही थे, लेकिन जिन paragraphs को उन judgments से quote किया गया बताया गया था, वे उन judgments में थे ही नहीं। Supreme Court ने NCLT और NCLAT के orders set aside करके matter fresh consideration के लिए वापस भेज दिया.
अब सोचिए इसका ordinary husband पर क्या मतलब है।
आप Men Cell Delhi search कर रहे हैं। किसी matrimonial dispute में आपकी wife के खिलाफ complaint करनी है। आप internet पर कोई judgment पढ़ते हैं और उसमें लिखा मिलता है — “Supreme Court ने ऐसा ही case dismiss कर दिया था.”
आप screenshot ले लेते हैं।
फिर वही screenshot lawyer को भेजते हैं।
फिर hearing में वही citation सामने आ जाती है।
और बाद में पता चलता है — judgment तो है ही नहीं, या paragraph उस judgment में था ही नहीं।
यही वह point है जहाँ “मैंने internet पर पढ़ा था” कोई legal defence नहीं बनता।
Supreme Court ने साफ कहा कि AI का legitimate use prohibited नहीं है। AI research में सहायता कर सकता है, लेकिन fake या hallucinated material को genuine precedent की तरह पेश करना acceptable नहीं है। Court ने Bar और Bench दोनों के लिए verification की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया और Bar Council of India को इस issue पर committee बनाने का निर्देश दिया.
इसलिए Mencell Delhi, Mencell, या Purush Aayog Delhi search करने वाले किसी husband के लिए भी एक simple rule बहुत useful है:
Internet से judgment खोजिए, लेकिन judgment को verify किए बिना strategy मत बनाइए।
Case number क्या है?
Date क्या है?
Actual court कौन-सा है?
Facts आपके case से सच में match करते हैं या सिर्फ दो lines similar हैं?
और सबसे important — quoted paragraph original judgment में है भी या नहीं?
क्योंकि matrimonial dispute में एक और problem होती है। लोग अक्सर कहते हैं, “मेरे दोस्त के case में ऐसा हुआ था, तो मेरे साथ भी यही होगा।”
Legal system WhatsApp forward के हिसाब से नहीं चलता।
अगर आपका genuine grievance है और आप search कर रहे हैं “where can a husband complain against wife?”, तो पहले facts को properly document कीजिए। उसके बाद relevant law और verified judgments देखिए। हर wife-related dispute को criminal complaint बनाना जरूरी नहीं होता, और हर internet judgment आपके facts पर लागू नहीं होता।
CAW Cell Delhi, Men Cell Delhi, Purush Aayog Delhi और matrimonial dispute से जुड़े searches में urgency समझ में आती है। जब notice आ जाता है या police contact करती है, आदमी जल्दी में कोई भी information पकड़ लेना चाहता है। लेकिन legal matter में speed से ज्यादा important है सही information।
एक गलत screenshot आपको confidence दे सकता है।
एक गलत citation आपकी पूरी strategy को कमजोर कर सकता है।
और एक verified judgment शायद आपको यह भी बता दे कि आपके facts वास्तव में उस case से बिल्कुल अलग हैं।
इसलिए अगली बार कोई बोले — “भाई, मेरे पास Supreme Court का exact judgment है” — तो बस screenshot देखकर impress मत हो जाइए। Original judgment खोलिए। Citation verify कीजिए। Facts पढ़िए।
थोड़ा boring काम है, लेकिन court में boring verification अक्सर dramatic embarrassment से बचा लेती है।

Case-specific caution: Pooja Ramesh Singh का निर्णय AI के responsible use को रोकता नहीं है। Supreme Court की concern specifically fake, non-existent या hallucinated legal authorities को बिना verification genuine precedent की तरह इस्तेमाल करने से थी। हर AI-assisted legal research गलत नहीं है; लेकिन relied-upon authorities की independent verification जरूरी है.
